One more little detail to appreciate here. If you look at the past caps power plays, you’ll notice Backstrom typically will either go up top to Carlson or hit Kuznetsov.. who THEN will pass to Oshie. However, the Bolts have been ready for this Kuzy to Oshie pass, so this was a subtle little wrinkle the Caps added...…
