Who’s in charge of the overcharging of the supercharge?

Since lots of Jalops complain about cars that aren’t made, and then don’t buy them when they are made, let me ask you this:

I’ll probably die waiting for VW to make it happen, but the XL Sports is one of the most beautiful cars I’ve ever seen. Also, the Ducati V-twin sounds amazing. Sometimes I don’t understand why companies make such amazing concepts when not a single bolt will be used in future production cars.

The Russian manipulation stuff would be relevant — but despite CNN’s assertion that the source was vetted and approved by US intelligence, this just doesn’t feel real. (Obviously my uninformed personal opinion isn’t an argument one way or the other.)
