You can’t hatch region-exclusive Pokemon from eggs, so whilst his trip may have allowed him to gain access to Mr Mime (and/or Farfetch’d if you take Turkey as a gateway to Asia) - the idea he hatched two exclusive Pokemon is a bit much. Great story, but it is promoting and praising the “hard work” of a GPS spoofer.
