I think he knows where his story should logically go better than the show does, but he’s no longer particularly capable of writing it out in novel form. 4 and 5 should have been one shorter book, then they might have been a halfway worthy followup to Storm of Swords. I’m from Lexington, Kentucky(where Jim Gray is the mayor). He is an openly gay man who has pushed for equal rights and treatment of not only the LGBT community, but other minority groups as well. I highly doubt he went through all that trouble just to hide his KKK membership.

I get why people want to squelch shitty speech, but this article is spot on: speech is the least impactful signal we have in life. When people say shitty things, we learn with relatively few consequences what type of person they are.
