Most people get NO severance when fired/laid off/whatever.

From what I’ve heard, pretty much all FAANG company layoffs in California in the past couple years are: turn in your laptop, all company access blocked, you are still officially an employee for 60 days with pay/benefits, and then you are laid off on the last day. This is what the WARN act forces them to do.

This is going to be nearly $65k and struggle to get 300 miles of range. Going to be a big ask for folks to shell out $10k more than they would for a top of the line hybrid Toyota Sienna that gets 37 mpg based on looks alone. I think they are finally following econ 101 and pricing these cards accordingly. Scalpers can only exist when a products MSRP is well below actual market value so these higher prices will make them actually available.
