 2017 Ridgeline owner here and you're entirely right.  Just add a big, clunky and Mattel-looking gear select lever and it looks a lot like a 90's Accord.  The only solace I have is my 2001 S2000 which for all of its wear at 124k miles, still has the greatest tach ever put in a car.

 The only Fisker-originated vehicle I'd put in my driveway the the Destino that Bob Lutz had built.
