i buy a lot of makeup and skincare samples! if it’s listed as new and you get it and it looks used I would just contact the seller and ask for a refund. it’s kind of the honors system with reselling samples/ makeup! I would definitely check the reviews of the person you’re buying from! i’ve only had one unpleasant…

a lot of people sell their unused samples from beauty box subscriptions on ebay! I love that because there’s often only one or two things i want in a box so I can buy the sample for a few bucks instead of paying full price for multiple subscriptions!
