DKR fucking blew and I’m glad that I’m not the only one who thinks so.

It’s reasonable to assume that Stranger Things 2 would eventually run dry of Considerable content but it’s a little bit gauche to come to Netflix, hat in hand, in such an open fashion. Chin up guys, here’s some ideas just straight off the dome you can run with:
Again. Fuck Off.
Oh my god fuck off. You are seriously complaining about the article “spoiling” the trailer.
Yes, I laughed a lot during the show. There have been episodes where I never cracked a smile, but I was entertained throughout. I laughed so hard at the alien abduction skit, my sides ached!
Couldn’t agree more. I thought this was one of the strongest eps in awhile. The only thing that really didn’t work for me was the Trump cold open (which I admit was terrible). Great monologue (which is a rarity) great pre-tape sketch with Papyrus. I thought the restaurant sketch was hilarious (despite product…
Harsh review, brah. Solid episode, dude. Totally deserves a B+, man. You get some weird sketches, some well-acted sketches, and the usual political jargon. Come on, yo, what gives?
The best thing about the “Papyrus” trailer: they used comic sans for the logo.
Other film review sites are throwing around words like “masterpiece”, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that Dowd scrounges up a B+.
Counterpoint: Jane Eyre was already boring and also bad.
This was a great way to kick off the season because it was a nice refresher after the long layoff from season 3. It still amazes me how Nathan is able to not only keep a straight face, but improvise and work off these people he interacts with. That whole conjuring scene was something to behold. I would have lost it…
They should hire Nathan to come up with a better system than Kinja
Wow, 6 comments after it was posted over 12 hours after airing. Doing great AV club!
I am honestly curious, why does it often take Joshua Alston an extra 12 hours to post reviews? This even happens when episodes were available to reviewers ahead of time (as this one was).
And the bitter sting of losing Grantland remains . . .
I used to get a Community notification for this?
I mean, Project Runway? Seriously? A one-off review of one episode of one reality show?
If at least 1000 of you tweet me (@johnteti) a picture of yourself watching tonight’s episode of The A.V. Club Hosted By John Teti before midnight Central time, I’ll get the powers that be to un-Kinja-fy this site and make the AV Club great again!
I hate to say it but these “just reminding you we have a show” stories are neither projecting nor inspiring confidence in it
What’s the deal with switching the comments system? Who are the ad wizards that came up with this?
