Interesting point that maybe this “event” sends Timely through the multiverse as the many Kangs. Which... isn’t really necessary, because infinite Variants are already a thing. But hey, who knows.
I have seen LaCroix’s flavor described as like having a carbonated glass of water while someone whispers ‘Cherry’ in a room down the hall.
Personally, counting flowers on the wall, that don’t bother me at all.
Just a couple of observations:
Not to mention Joe Flaherty with a nod to his SCTV character Count Floyd.
Give the adults a toothbrush.
I can’t believe there are no comments on this yet. I love this episode so much, too. My husband and I watch it every year. Our favorite part is Mrs. Weir singing Monster Mash - it’s so sweet and cringe at the same time. Lovely essay, Meredith.
I also love Halloween 3 (not as much as the original, of course). It’s bat shit crazy. But, your statement of “Michael” has three great movies holds up.

That’s like saying Miles shouldn’t be able to wear a dashiki because he’s not from Africa. As for the mixed race and not Wakandan argument, society sees mixed race Black folks as Black. Afro-Cubans? Black. Afro-Puerto Ricans? Black. My son will be seen as Black first and foremost, even though my wife is Mexican.
Miles is, however, zero percent colonizer. Unlike Peter.
