I could see an Andor-type show set during the ST era about how the remnants of the Republic government responded to the destruction of the Senate and set about taking action to protect the Core Worlds from invasion. I’m really hoping we don’t see a NEW NEW New Republic in episode not 10 with Rey. just let the different systems govern themselves or form smaller collectives. that leads to way more interesting dynamics than a galaxy wide governing body ever did.

The first part of the season can be pretty rough but the back half of the season is superb. Stick with it!

I loved that their hyperspace journey actually took time and gave the show some breathing room to explore the characters. That’s how hyperspace was most often depicted in Star Wars media until the sequel trilogy when it was depicted as basically instantaneous travel between two points no matter how far apart they are. 

It can't be Ezra if Ezra got lost with Thrawn. Somehow Ezra made it back, decided not to check in with his old friends, decided not to tell his current bad guy friends where Thrawn is and made them obtain an ancient map to find out how to get him? I have no idea who Marrok is but I confidently state he is NOT Ezra.
