The cameras are for all of the rich assholes who AREN’T on the ground in Maui and aren’t doing jackshit for the recovery.

I mean, at least on desktop if I want to get to the comments or look at my notifications I can more or less do it. On mobile it’s just about impossible to actually comment and respond because the comments take forever to load and there’s a billion ads to scroll around.

Great video. That’s a feather star, though - they never do have stems. The stemmed crinoids move as well, but it’s a lot eerier. Like a broom dragging itself along the floor by its bristles.

I found the scale bars are in the publication. The one pictured is small and the strawberry nodule appears to be less than half a centimeter in diameter. The overall length looks like a dozen centimeters or so.
