This is the first time I’ve heard even the remotest praise for “Jedi Rock”, and this slide show says it rules. huh.

Yeah, the Jedi Rocks scene is just super jarring. The set feels completely different, the slick new CGI and additional dancers all feel out of place, and the set just seems completely different and not well integrated.

I can’t stand the music sequence but to this day the thing that still drive me up the wall is Hayden Christensen appearing as a force ghost.

I’ve never understood why so many people hate Return of the Jedi. A lot of it is surely the too cool for school pose of hating on Ewoks, but there’s just so much to like in Jedi and a lot of it is character focused. Obiwan’s conversation with Luke is legitimately one of the best parts of Star Wars. As a kid it was

It’s a lovely documentary and I’m glad it’s staying.

Floridian here. I’m cool with Disney pulling out of Florida altogether. We don’t deserve to have nice things.

Mr. Justice [Oliver Wendell] Holmes said “Taxes are what we pay for civilized society.” Too many individuals, however, want the civilization at a discount.

I feel like a smart politician who desperately wants to be President would’ve distanced themselves from this controversy a long time ago. But Ronny the Rat can’t let it go. How many more times can this guy shoot himself in the foot before there’s no foot left to shoot?

Taxes are proportional to the opportunity some locations allow, through culture, higher education, better living, access to huge workforce and prospective jobs.

A beautiful ‘I told you so’ situation and a teaching moment for a certain political ideology. Saving a couple of dollars in no way presents an advantage when dealing with fascist policies restricting your business decisions. You play stupid games, you pay the price. Florida, you lost.

It was also an original idea that jedi could just have kids they could bequeath their laser swords, as with Anakin and Luke. The history of Star Wars is one of constant revision, both inside and outside the fictional universe.

It makes sense that you don’t get 100% on stamping out thousands of highly trained warriors. It bugged me in the movie that Order 66 was so complete. It’s a big galaxy.

They could have topped going to space.

“Mr. Pennyworth, a massive underground garage for a billionaire isn’t surprising in the least, but you’ve got a four story window in the shape of a bat in these plans. That right there is gonna raise your estimate quite a bit. Now I’m just your general contractor, and I’m not in the askin’ questions business. But I’m

I will never understand the thought process behind releasing something on a streaming service before a physical release. Unless you really don’t want to subscribe, or you really feel like you HAVE to own a physical copy, where is the incentive for most people to buy it on UHD/Blu Ray when you can just watch it on

So it needs a 12 on its saving throw vs Studio Accountants?

It seems to be a toss up right now. It did ok at the box office, but it got steamrolled by The Super Mario Bros Movie. However, it was very well received by critics and audience, and lauded by fans, so it could have legs in streaming. Also, while Wizards are being very greedy and incompetent with it, they clearly want

Now if only they had the courage to marry Betty and Veronica:
