I think, not sure, but I think it depends of the Camera app. So if it’s Android stock app, the shortcut goes with it.
Anyway, I’really use to quick check the time by double clicking the lock button, and for sure it really annoys me. So to take the shortcut off, it’s hidden in Android Settings>Display
