The wheels look similar size to standard creepers, but it looks like there’s side clearance to adapt it to larger ones. Bigger wheels = better handling of rocks/debris.

A regular creeper with an angled panel and hinge shouldn’t be too tricky. Don’t need a joystick, just a rocker switch. I’d bet a drill/driver on the high torque setting would be powerful enough. Just need a ball screw and a nut, plus a 45 degree gear.
