One thing I really hate is people that generalize generations. It’s dumb, and often inaccurate. I will bet anyone a nickel that boomers will be 60%+ of the buyers of this thing. My dad (age 70) has always hated the Corvette and think this one is finally one he might consider.

60 year old guys run decent marathon times/climb mountains/etc etc.

Here’s my recipe:

Chicken thighs have an odd taste/texture combo that make them almost inedible. I can eat any other part of the chicken and enjoy it, but not the thighs.

We had an incident near me in which some expletives called the cops on a kid’s “unlicensed lemonaide stand.” So the cops responded by getting the kid a permit.  Loved that FU to the busybodies!

Exactly! A lot people say they change their oil every time they cook, or every other time...but look at how a fast-food joint operates; they probably cook a couple hundred times in their oil between filters, so as long as you do it right, oil lasts forever.

Makes for a pretty good snack!

There’s not much effort involved; let the oil heat for 15 minutes, then drop the rolls for 2-3 minutes, then drain ‘em on a paper towel. Done! I even like to hit them with a little garlic powder and parsley flake while they’re draining to give them a little extra “oomph.”

And you can take that opinion and stuff it up your knockhole, you barbifying slackwit.

And I’ll bet every cop bought at least one glass while investigating this “vile criminal”.

Welcome to the victory of lowbrow culture, yep yep.

Now playing

Now now, just because the McGriddles contain blue berries doesn’t mean they contain blueberries.

Unions are like any other organization, only as good as their actions indicate.

“but it is still a union, and therefore inherently good.”

You’d be amazed at what us engineers can accomplish when you take budget out of the equation.

Truth. Microwave pizza rolls are soggy, squishy, depressing food garbage.

I'm sure they have Top Men working on it right now.

It shouldn’t even need a note on the menu. Price the food appropriately so that you can pay your employees what they deserve. The local Best Buy isn’t putting notes up everywhere about how a certain amount of every price actually goes to paying employees, because everyone knows that’s the entire deal with commerce.

Don’t regret it, own it! Restaurants are just shifting the blame. If they wanted to give their employees healthcare they would do it but this way, they can say “we are doing the right thing because we have to and we don’t want to raise our prices”.

I’m regretting this as I type it, but this is a way restaurants can get your butt in the seat and order, then spring the added cost at the last minute. I support paying benefits, but I hate this sneaky crap. Just roll it into menu pricing with a note on the menu.  I’m wondering which MOA place this is, as I very well
