I grew up in Indy. Let me tell you one thing about Hoosiers.  They are practical above all. This guy is applying creativity and practicality to a problem that needs solving. And I’m not surprised if the Sheriff is on board.

This is awesome. Like mentioned below, it might be too thick for drinking more than a shot or two. But swap in milk for the half and half, and a big mug sounds great.

You’re not wrong in context. I think it would be great in a small dose like espresso or cuban coffee. More than that at once, and it might start to feel cloying in my mouth.

The kitchens in Lucy Maud Montgomery’s novels all had doughnut jars, too. So it was a thing.

The only way now that I get a McD’s baked pie is with soft serve.  A la mode makes it so much better, whereas the old fried pies were perfect on their own.

Standing up for other’s rights is great. Trying to crush the free speech of others is not. The people you specifically oppose here have never done a thing to hurt the class of people you are talking about. In fact, they provide employment and benefits to many of them. They just don’t agree with the way they choose

No, but thanks for asking.

If you want to be able to nurse and spout your own brand of bigotry, you have to accept that others can do the same.  Otherwise soon no one will but the guys with the biggest stick.

You mean kinda like this?

My family are Cinnabon fans big time. I figured out how to make my better rendition twenty years ago. All the things you listed are true, but the last thing is how to make the icing. The good old confectioner’s sugar and a bit of milk recipe won’t do. It dries into a thin, simply sweet covering. I add in cream

As if you didn’t before.

You and so many others declare that their money is going to “anti-LGBTQ causes”. The truth is that the owners of the company don’t fund any organization that tries to limit the civil rights of gay or transgender people. They publicly state that they believe homosexuality is not the way to live according to how they

Yeah I have a Nespresso, and it’s great. But it’s what it says it is: a shot of espresso. It’s different from the americano-ish big cup most of us start the day with. Expensive as it is, it’s still far cheaper than Starbucks. I use it to make cappuccino. Some of the first gen compatible companies also advertise

Slightly off the central topic, but about something you mentioned in your introductory sentences, I got a Keurig mini last year. It was half-off on sale, and my daughter had been bugging me to get one. The coffee is fine, on a par with Denny’s diner coffee (of course it depends a lot on what pods you buy), but not

Is it the same reason that people now have boozy drinks with Red Bull in them?  I’ve never had such, but your car analogy makes perfect sense in my mind.  I can’t think why that would be desirable.

Their mozzarella sticks used to be my wife’s jam.

The Chili’s next to my house was our family go to for a long time. It was good but not great, busy but not loud.

It looks like it has the feel of the most amazing garage ever. I can’t wait to go.

Extremism tastes just as bad from both sides.

Squashing thought is itself oppressive by definition. Those who don’t recognize that don’t deserve the protections they are eroding with their actions and that they will sorely miss when they no longer have the upper hand.
