I think it was the bottle...and I think she poured the remainder of it into Jon Snow’s mouth all sneaky like. “I saw him in the flames fighting at Winterfell”. With the scene coming right after Davos says: “..the things I have seen the Red Women do.”.She sacrificed her life for him to resurrect..somehow. He warged

The Brienne/Sansa exchange was powerful given that the traditional oath taking echoed the emotional scene between Brienne and Catelyn.

Melisandre should have clapped twice and then the flame should have gone out.

How old is your daughter??? If seeing a naked old woman “scars her for life” then she’s probably way too young to be watching Game of Thrones...

Except that we’ve seen her without the choker before.

First things first: have never read the books, so my only reference is the show, but wasn’t Doran Martell paraplegic? Or my memory is playing tricks on me? (EDIT: yes, my memory messed with me, it was only gout, not paralysis, thanks for everybody who corrected me on that!)

I think the Dorne storyline could not be any dumber. Tonight’s episode didn’t really help all that much.

Dorne got kind of interesting for once (the Dorne chapters are almost skippable in the books, IMO, as that’s when the POV cast REALLY started feeling overblown). That reveal at the end was pretty shocking with Melisandre. Jon Snow is still dead and we know not much more than that. Brienne and Pod were badasses.

Man, makeup really does Melisandre good, she cleans up well.
