I explained up top, but I shall do so once more because I hate how stupid this is haha. It's SUPPOSED to create the illusion of pockets in your lip so some areas look more plump than others. Really, it doesn't do jack shit because everything just blends when you add lipstick/lipgloss. Soooo, ineffective in my opinion.
