I've been alternating between Horizon Zero Dawn and Diablo 3 on PS4. More of Diablo lately, since I can just zone out with a podcast and not pay attention to dialogue.

And Godzooky! *whimsical music*

I watched 10 Cloverfield Lane last night and dug it. John Goodman was terrifying.

I agree. Nobody likes anime.

Ok, that is very reassuring. I'll have to check it out at some point, once I get through a few other games. Thanks!

I saw her and her partner at a local Trader Joe's last year, so she's relevant to me!

Yeah, that scene you mentioned is what I was thinking of. It almost made me do a spit-take when I first saw it.

How is RCR:U? I was pretty hype for it, but was scared off when I read some negative comments about it feeling unpolished, frustrating, and too much of a grind. How are you liking it?

I just caught up on the newest season of Always Sunny, and it was some of their strongest work ever. I'm amazed at how they can keep the show this fresh, surprising, and hilarious after so many seasons.

Was there some sort of hook with this novel? I'm usually down for a crumby, B-level zombie apocalypse story - or at least reading a wiki for it.

How does Marvel Ultimate Alliance hold up? I played the hell out of that on 360, but I remember it looking a little old even then. It was made for 8 billion different platforms. If it drops to like $10 at some point, I might pick it up.

I watched that on my girlfriend's SD TV at the time and could barely make out what happened. It was really hard to see any of the fighting in the dark. I appreciated it more on Youtube.

I just watched this last night and really enjoyed it. I loved the tension of the "Password" game. John Goodman was excellent and scary as hell.

Yeah, I did not like Le Batard at all during his first year or two of guest hosting, but really came to appreciate his impish nature.

Her being in a riot grrrl punk band with such a name seems to be very much on-brand. Checking out her Facebook page, she seems to be going full steam ahead with the band for the past two years and not many mentions of cooking or TV.

I wanted to like MvC3 a lot more than I actually did. I played the living hell out of 2, and loved all of the entries in the series. I think this is where I hit the wall with "I'm getting too old for this" fast-paced crazy gameplay and juggles and launchers and all of that.

I had to pause the game and stop immediately after The Proving, and haven't had time to play in the last few days. I wanna see what happens!

I definitely wanted to put a flaming arrow through the face of that NPC. And the jerk guy at The Proving.

Whew boy, that Nathan. He sure was something.

Definitely the murder house.
