I wonder what the official mascot will actually be.

and how many of these 65 people have gone up to this guy neighborly like and asked him if he could perhaps move it somewhere else or store it on the side of the house? I feel like the answer is near zero. It sounds like these people went the ‘media and legal’ route before being neighbors

*spoiler* you don’t even get the character

I fucking lost it at Careless Whisper

so, by your logic, all these people’s property values are now lower because this guy has a trailer... and thus they should be paying LESS in property tax.

Has there always been a cupholder there?

well, I’m not saying it’s not worth $60 and I’m not implying it’s only worth $25.

Wait... where’s all the female characters?

Is that Arlene Sorkin?

yeah, this is a $25 buy for me.

Salem MA.

There’s a guy in my dad’s neighborhood with LARGE trucks (1-4 ton) and trailers in his driveway. It’s a similar neighborhood to this one, but no one complains...

Here’s something though: Property values... How important is that to you if you’re NOT in the process of selling your property?

Yeah, I guess the ‘global warming’ might be a red herring here. But there DEFINITELY needs to be something done about urban drainage. My city floods because of how old the drainage systems are. They’re way overtaxed.

I live in Salem. It’s been here for at least 387 years. I didn’t buy oceanfront property... intentionally.

So my entire city and the majority of my neighboring cities should up and move?

It sure seems like it’s getting worse lately. Like there’s no place for the rainwater to go because all the rain water pipes are filled with sea water... (that’s the case up here in New England, where the flooding happens but not as bad as this yet)

Can we all stop denying global warming? I mean, my house has been under water more in the past 5 years than it has in the past 100. When I bought my house in 2008 it wasn’t even on a flood plain... now I pay mandatory flood insurance.

interesting. TIL about ‘start and park’
