yeah, I thought that was strange too. it's what disappointed me with the X-wing game and makes it much harder to play after playing TIE, XvT and XWA

how the hell are you playing it with a pad? how do you map your controls? I have a CH FighterStick and I can't even map everything to it. I still rely on using the keyboard for a lot of stuff. Do you use one hand on the pad and one on the keyboard?
