It's SUPER good because it's very neutral. You still need a proper system behind it, but it's an EXCELLENT starting point for a 2 channel setup.

that's a 112mm fan. They really only legitimately go to 120mm fans... so that's about as big as you'd want

that's a good thing... no proprietary common parts. The optical drive is connected with a simple SATA connection as is the hard drive.
