These type of cars would be such a hoot on the street. Small and compact, light, packed with a small displacement engine with good hp and torque and you have a recipe for fun. One of my dream cars would be a Fiesta ST with awd and 300 hp. Throw in DSG and there would be many smiles per gallon.

Funny how Chris Perkins referred to the Evo X as being cheap and a poor road car while he calls a Fox body Mustang a great performance car. Something is wrong with the math here.

I am glad to see Subaru still maintaining the rally roots of the STi. Mitsubishi still makes a rally type car for the street, but then does not compete with it. The appeal of both cars is that they give a nod towards rally type performance. I hope that Subaru keeps the flame alive when the Evo X dies off.
