The slow zone caught a lot of people off guard. Vanthoor definitely caught a bad end of it, but there are others who got a lot worse like KCMG losing a car entirely because they got rear ended by somebody who didn’t notice the upcoming track condition.
The dash was reading 0.5-1 bar and he was speed limited to 160kph, not that it mattered once the 8 car passed him.
Quite rare to get on a performance flight for obvious reasons, but you can sometimes weasel your way onto a photography flight for an airline.

This is still the case today, a Ford GT has more power than the GTE car. That being said the racecar will have an edge in weight, handling dynamics, and tires most importantly but everyone who has driven both remarks at how close the two chassis are in road feel.

They were so much fun in their day. Cineplex had them in their arcades growing up but then they got retired. Moved houses and there was a local arcade that stocked up on these cabinets cause they were dirt cheap and I spent so much money there before I got my own simrig.
