Its too bad one of the Daytona cars is already crashed. The team looks good otherwise!

How 90% of micras are actually driven

Unfortunately they’re not making any Canadian stops this year. Bummer.

Nice! I was similarly blessed with over a dozen Cosworth DFVs when they visited Mosport after the Canadian GP. Beautiful noise.

Its debatable because you can have big offs in both series, but (at least in Canada) there’s enough good talent at the platinum level to keep things clean. Some of the gold class drivers aren’t so nice, but they are few.

Just dont bin it

At the end of the day, SRT USA and SRT Canada are both fully factory supported efforts so it’s a given that they have a leg up on privateers. I can only speak for Canadian rally, but the top privateers here can all hold their own despite having less financial backing.

Torotrak issues aside, the VRX30A was a surprisingly potent engine despite being overworked to make up for the lack of hybrid assistance. And still blew up less than the AER engines ByKolles were using.

Ferrari is always around to give a helping hand too

The Enso CLM P1/01 chassis is largely a development of the chassis which debuted in 2014 under the Lotus nameplate. This car is powered by a Nissan V8 engine.

Not exactly. If I remember what Dusty told me (circa 2015), it’s got the powertrain from an Evo X.

He’s awesome and it was a blast freezing my butt off to meet him. Both of them have been around forever!

There’s a certain spectacle about the old American greats. I was absolutely blasted by Pastrana’s car last year. Despite being in the mechanically superior car, he was still bested by L’Estage based on pure stage experience (although they were trading stage times in the first half of the rally). Way to forget about literally all of Canadian rally, which also runs on studless winter tires.

Multimatic had fitted new parts to both cars after one was written off in an earlier private test in December, so to say they’re taking it easy is an understatement.

Japanese wheels ftw

It sounds amazing in person, if you’re lucky enough.
