What a race, what a season. IMSA continues to deliver and it only gets better from here with Michelin coming in and my favourite team joining the Sprint Cup.
For sale: championship winning racecar, minor cosmetic damage; Sunday driven.
One of Canada’s largest airshows is this weekend and it’s a blast. Just a tad chilly though.
Will never managed to record a full timed lap, which only left me with 4 partial laps to shoot photos. Bummer.
Some very rough edits because I’m exhausted, hence why exposure and colour is all over the place.
7,000 shutter count, one broken body, one autographed photobook, and lots of speedy boys.
Somewhere in a grassy field east of Toronto.
Post red and white things, preferably cars.
Currently watching the master build Toronto II.
Nearly a thousand photos, and three dealerships in six hours. Had a great time seeing friendly faces and such a variety of classic Porsches.
... to request copies of photos, makes the effort I put into this hobby all the more worthwhile.
A few shots from the CSCS opener at Mosport DDT. This is one of the fastest cars in north america, FWD or otherwise.
Nearly 40 minutes of loud and loud-ish cars.
Just getting around to editing the several GB of footage from that weekend at Mosport. The first of two compilations for this season.
Shooting season at Mosport kicked off a week ago, and I only recently finished going through my shots. The monkey loves its may thunderstorms.
Didn’t think last year’s torrential downpour & thunderstorm could be topped, and then I woke up to massive rain cells and zero visibility fog. Very wet and cold throughout the morning and rain delayed in the afternoon.
Some pre-PWC action at Mosport. The IMSA haulers just arrived yesterday, and I expect the PWC teams to slowly filter in.
Today was a learning day to brush up on my photography before PWC comes to town next weekend. This showed up around lunchtime, but left before I could grab more detail shots.
Better late than never! Moreover I finally got a photo signed by Nakai-san.
