Yes. Look at Porsche. Nuff said.

Out of touch? No, I know exactly what is going on. And it is pathetic. Manufacturers do not want to make manuals, so they do what they can to make sure you don’t buy / want one. Us enthusiasts never buy new because buying a new car is basically stupid unless you have a ton of money and really value a new warranty. So

I drive 40 minutes in traffic every day. I drive a manual. Stop crying.

Idiotic Genesis. There were only dozens of us interested because YOU DIDNT GIVE THE TOP TRIM / ENGINE THE MANUAL. Only the base model got the manual. The poverty spec. THAT is why only dozens were interested. You COULD have had a 335 or S4 rival and it could have been really something, perhaps a big sales success.

Yeah, take an unreliable car (not talking RS4 here I know they are solid) and put an even more unreliable engine in it that it wasn’t supposed to have.

Not that he cares. the views will pay for the car

...and all the additional views you sent his way because of this article are helping him pay for his stupidity. Best just to ignore stupid, until it goes away.

Mitsubishi still makes cars? Damn, they should stop doing that if they are like this monstrosity.

Another excellent rental from Nissan. Still absolutely no reason for me to darken the doors of their showroom whatsoever. Their entire lineup is coma-inducing.

Nah, nobody needs a manual Buick Enclave. But where is my manual Giulia? Manual Merc C class? Audi S3/4? etc. etc.

My daily is an 04 IS300 manual, and my summer car is a manual Alfa Romeo 155 V6. I put my money where my mouth is, but I dont buy new so manufacturers dont give a shit.

Why the hell was this offered in a manual? Of all the vehicles that need to preserve the manual transmission for us enthusiasts, the Compass is not it. Not a hill anyone should die on. Sport sedans and sports cars, yeah. Where are my manual sport sedans?

So stupid. Just use another brand of tire. Toyo etc.

I get offended because this is their attempt to get everyone to shut up while they kill off the manual bit by bit. No.

But...it would not be a manual. You would be driving another automatic with a lever to change gears, that is all.

I agree. They have excellent automatics for people who cannot operate a manual.

You need to drive an automatic then. They shift fast and are even faster on the track. If you want to drive a manual, get a new knee. Your case is very specific and an even smaller micro percentage than the number of manual drivers still out there. There are more people in this world than just you.

Thank you. But I am not special at all. If you want a manual because you want some fun driving action...buy a manual. You can drive it in traffic. Every day. Especially modern manuals which are nearly impossible to stall and have very light clutches.

No, it is not a good solution. Just buy a manual. I drive mine in traffic. It is not hard.

Alfa Romeo Selespeed transmission is very similar. It is horrible, however.
