Look at Alfa’s back catalogue of their GTA and other hot versions. They were equally bonkers sometimes.

I have a 1997 155 V6. It is magical to drive. Never went wrong. I would get a new Giulia if they sold it in a manual in North America. They don’t, so they don’t get my money.
It is like the Project 8 with the rear seat delete option. You know, the one that set the ‘Ring record. That car is what this Alfa is gunning for.
As an Alfisti, I love that this is back. Having driven a GTA, they are magical.
My Lexus Low beams are not overly bright, I have an 04 IS300. Not a new one with the LED lights. They are regular brightness. They also automatically dip if the rear end is loaded, or the car goes over a bump.
Even a base Corolla or Kia has auto headlights these days. Just about every car made since 2006 has auto headlights...or at least from what I have seen.
My Lexus is the same way - the blue gauges masks the fact that my high beams are on. Good thing my high beams are a different shade of light than my low beams, I can easily tell.
It is either one of two things I find: people with their high beams on all the time, or people who drive with no headlights at all. LEDs that blind you just make both those situations even more dangerous.
See crash test ratings are not everything guys. Hero indeed!
Wow you buy coolant often. I buy coolant about every 5 years, when I flush the system. Never really had to top up in between. So I will buy the premixed bottles for ease of storage in my garage (where distilled could freeze in winter) and ease of pouring. That alone is worth the couple of extra dollars every 5 years.
Good. Glad it will be forgotten soon as a rare mistake by Porsche. The Boxter, being a sports car, is mostly about the sensation of spirited driving, but even being exciting at lower speeds. That means the engine note is a big component of the equation, and the flat 4 just failed. It does not matter if it is faster,…
At this age, that 2.7T and air suspension are ticking time bombs. Highly desirable, heart over head purchase...but would not want to inherit the maintenance this will need in short order. CP
Ah yes, so just to make money. Well, good on them...the well-heeled sheep will lap it up.
But...why?
Absolutely Nothing. This is yet another bland vehicle in a sea of bland.
and what does the S series get? Also a turbo V6? Guess it goes back to the old B5 RS4, which was a modded S4 essentially.
Go back to 2007. That was Audi’s best product. Ever.
Do S and RS models even feel special anymore? They used to be basically different cars, with different engines, interior appointments, transmissions, etc. Now it seems they are cosmetic only and the engine, which is the same as the others in the lineup, gets a small tune. That is it.
2012 was its first year. Not a decade, but I get your point. Sales were low, but so were all hybrid/phev/whatever the Volt is classified as...sales. If GM still made the Volt, its sales would continue to climb I would think, as long as GM wasnt stu....wait its GM. They screwed up selling it (I should know, used to…
I will take 10x more fun to drive for the 1mpg hit thanks.
