Good choice.
Good choice.
Not sure you got the point of the question...it is the opposite of the “car nobody thinks about” when considering purchasing 2000s cars.
Yawn. OK Grandma.
I agree, it is the Honda nobody thinks about. If you care about only the thing that it does really well, then yeah it is a great choice.
Now there is a hidden gem. Yeah the M45 is an excellent sleeper choice, and can be had for crazy cheap too.
The Accord is the exact opposite of “2000s car nobody thinks about.” Boring.
Porsche is obvious. Easily in the top 5 of every enthusiast shopping in the price bracket and year range.
I have 215hp with 94 gas in my Mini JCW, and have never been so happy with driving a to b. Worth it for some cars.
For early 2000s, this car is on most “to buy” lists. Not really an unsung hero this one. Great cars and very reliable...but an obvious choice.
It is a great little car, yes, but hardly “one nobody thinks about.” It literally is possibly the first, maybe second car that would be on just about anyone’s lists - enthusiast or not.
Italian?
I agree too. They need to get back into both DTM and BTCC. Relive the glorious 90s!
This car is the reason I bought my very own Alfa Romeo 155 V6. Now I am sure all it takes is an intake and exhaust and I can make my Busso sound like this right? hehe
You are right, but only for the later models. The block on those is the PRV. Alfa did the rest and it barely was recognizable as a PRV when they were done with it. The early 2-3 years of the 155 Ti (93-95) were indeed an Alfa Romeo Busso engine, not the PRV. Mid-decade they switched to the PRV block because they could…
cool story bro
JDM Zender Ltd. Edition on top of that. And thank you.
Alfa 4C hardtop even? You are a cold, cold hearted being.
This will not effect Alfa’s stance in NA whatsoever. The 4C hardtop was a very niche model option on a niche car by a niche manufacturer (until recently in NA). They knew it was not going to sell a lot, and didn’t expect it to.
