While I agree that Destiny’s built in tools are a joke, I have had a ton of success with destinylfg.com and destinylfg.net. I’ve found a bunch of interesting and skilled people there who are a ton of fun to play with and it never takes more than 5 minutes to fill out even a 6-person team.
