If you want to marinade but also get a nice crust, just make sure to completely dry off the steak prior to grilling. The only thing that inhibits crust formation is excess moisture.

This is an interesting tool but I do find it a bit odd that it doesn’t include information about the behavior of a potential spouse. I may be happy with jeans and a T-shirt but Mrs. Dr. Gasket likes to represent.

The one thing that I like about the PS4 touchpad is being able to type on it. Not a lot of games / apps utilize it but those that do make for really speedy typing. I think this sounds like a genius expansion of the same idea.

I think you make a good point about administrative capture by the companies they regulate but that is a separate (and perhaps more important) issue. The FCC should be regulating these things, they also shouldn’t just follow whatever private industry says, we should get both.
