I think it would be great if you could switch between the other characters for certain missions, kind of like how they did with Catwoman in Arkham City. First play as batman, then switch to Robin for another mission, etc.

Just because they work from home does not mean that they are not on the company network. They could be going through a VPN for work related tasks, putting them on the work network even though they are using their home internet lines.
