No, it was a flashback scene, not a dream. Randy would never hire Cliff to work with him again because the fight between Cliff and Bruce put his star in jeopardy on The Green Hornet.  That’s why Cliff didn’t have a chance to work as Rick’s stunt double on the show Lancer.   

Also was a very quick scene where Bruce was training Jay Sebring as well. There was a real life connection between those two.
