I was tempted to buy an iPhone 4 a few months after buying the Nexus One and gave in because of the screen alone. The clarity and multitouch.

The Nexus One's hardware is perfectly capable of running ICS. It's the very limited storage that that's holding it back. Since all Galaxy Nexus' have at least 16GB, that won't be a problem.

Same. Or mixed in with the white before cooked.

This whole thread had me rolling.

The One X's Wi-Fi issues are with Tegra devices only and the Galaxy S III's "combustivity issues" happened on ONE phone and it's obviously not a common issue.

3) Not sure what it's like on other phones but the preview doesn't cover the shutter button on my iPhone or Galaxy Nexus.

You could have the same functionality with an on screen button. Press and hold to focus and release to snap the picture. You also have touch to focus on a lot of phones and I wouldn't call that sloppy.

Get the phone now and if you decide you want the iPhone later, pay full price. You have to pay full price for it anyway. Verizon said anyone not renewing their contract after the 28th can keep unlimited.

Not on an iPhone. The volume button is too hard to press without moving the phone. I always take worse pictures while using the iPhone's volume button than just using the on screen button. The button has to be easy to press for me to use it.

No I haven't, but I have had cameras with a shutter button and to me, it makes no difference either way.

Depends if you want to keep unlimited or not. If you want to keep it, when the iPhone comes out, you're going to have to pay full price regardless, so might as well use your update now on a phone that will keep a lot of its value.

Why do some people insist on a physical camera button? Do you actually have issues pressing the big on screen shutter button? I think physical shutter buttons look tacky on most phones that have them.

Well considering there was someone else below (or above?) who was under the impression the cover was the only way to type on this thing, I assumed you thought the same thing.

It's not about how hot it is. I love the flavor of 2nd degree burn.

Hell yeah.

Come iOS 6? Any iDevice that will do voice typing with iOS 6 already does voice typing with iOS 5.

The cover keyboard is not the only way to type on it.

Haha WTF are you talking about? It's a cover that protects the screen but doubles as a keyboard if you'd rather have something a little easier to type on. If you don't want to use it as a keyboard, fold it behind the tablet while you're touching the screen just like you'd do with a Smart Cover. If you don't want to

Please? :'(

I don't get how people like this in white or black. It's just an iPhone 4S with a new speaker/mic design and connector and an ugly back. How does a metal back with two strips of glass at the top and bottom look better than one solid color?
