How is recording video and taking pictures with a tablet so bad? Yeah if you put down your phone to record a video with your tablet, that's silly. But if you're using your tablet already, what the hell is the big deal?

It's still unlimited. You can use as much as you want. Your speeds are just slowed down after a certain point.

The first paragraph. You're comparing criminals to people who haven't done anything wrong. After doing it once, we know they're capable of doing it again. And part of their punishment is losing some of their "freedom" and privacy. Comparing them to people who haven't done anything wrong is a bad example.

Can't wait until T-Mobile supports 3G on the iPhone later this year. I'll probably be picking up their $30/month prepaid plan (100 minutes, unlimited texting, and unlimited data with first 5GB at "4G" speeds) and use it with my iPhone 4 which is currently being used as an iPod touch.

Some carriers (like AT&T) don't let you use iPhones on prepaid plans.
