I'm always hoping for another iPhone 4. That was probably the only Apple product I've ever owned that lived up to the hype.

This was kind of like a 3G to 3GS upgrade for me. The 3GS did seem a bit faster and the camera was improved, but I was still happy with my 3G. But when I tried to use my 3G again, that's where I could see the difference. It seemed so much slower than my 3GS.
I completely disagree. I think all fanboys are equally annoying.
First one could be a few things.
Even then, I could use the new iPad in my argument. The iPad 2 sold millions, so why make a new iPad with a retina display which requires a bigger battery and a thicker, heavier product?
"Why alter a form that sells millions upon millions every single year?"
I would. I have no SIM in my iPhone so I need Wi-Fi to use it.
Good. They need to keep improving it. I've just been trusting what it typed for me and sent my messages without checking because I figure if it's a little off, they should still be able to understand what I said. If not, I can re-send.
I was scared for her when she fell behind the snow. For a split second I thought she crashed. :|
That's what I was thinking.

You're not even trying to understand what I'm saying. You're not paying $500 for just a high resolution screen. You're paying $500 for a whole new device.
Like imnotoct said, just download Elixir 2 - Widgets and create a hotspot toggle widget. It enables native tethering and works on non-rooted devices.
I'd agree if I didn't already have a Galaxy Nexus on Verizon with unlimited data and free tethering. So I got the 32GB Wi-Fi model and saved myself $130 + $30/month.
You said the higher resolution is nice, but that alone is not worth $500. You're not getting a higher resolution screen alone for $500. You're getting a brand new iPad with all new parts. You have two devices.
That's not necessarily true. The gray bars mean you don't have access to Google services. Every now and then I'll have gray bars and my Internet works fine, but I don't get my Google Voice texts, Google Talk messages, etc.
It's not $500 unless you plan on keeping your old iPad for whatever reason. If you sell your old iPad, you can upgrade for about $200.
I owned the original 16GB iPad and hated it because of how choppy and laggy it was. I upgraded to the 16GB iPad 2 for the RAM alone, though the other things were nice. I'd still be perfectly fine with the iPad 2, but I really wanted the retina display and I needed more storage. So last night I picked up a new 32GB…
What time did you show up at Walmart to get one?
