C- episode. Frankly I'm tired of episodes set on modern day Earth.

This wasn't a bad episode, but for some reason it just left me cold. I actually thought it was a little bit of a cop out that the simulation was just part of the episode, and not part of the Who universe. THAT would have been mind blowing.

I'll be very surprised if it isn't Missy/Master, or Rassilon.

People in Who are always morons, else the story wouldn't advance.

My prediction: Jack kills all but the final daughter of Aku, who then takes up him mantle. I give it a 30% chance.

The kid's seen some heavy $hit. Now he's got PTSD. Hopefully just a mild case.

"So is there still a comet out there that will eventually bring an agent of chaos to Ooo?"

BMO was pretty clearly embarrassed by his inability to bring back Jake. That's pretty much all there was to the lack of enthusiasm.

Just my opinion of course, but Clara has got to go. She had a lot of promise when she was introduced, but she's turned out to be much less than the sum of her parts.

I would have preferred either the "vote" being honored, or Clara overriding the people as she did but the decision being wrong. Aside from Clara having her feelings hurt, there were no real consequences, and no real lesson. I have very mixed feelings about this episode.

So Jake is essentially the biological child of a rapist. Heavy stuff.

I thought the same. Heck, until they show the two characters in the same room together I'll still think it was just a trick by PB.

Did anyone else take note how quickly PB was ready to declare war on Lumpy Space for a personal slight? I think this is just another example of PB's slide towards tyranny.

"But you also need to remember that Death's chief goal is to collect more souls… so of course he's always going to try and talk you into offing yourself."

You clearly were never a reservist circa-1996.
