Really? So those three guys found "responsible" are awaiting trial? If so, I'd guess they wouldn't have said a word during the College's hearing so as to avoid having their testimony used against them at trial.

I think universities lack the facilities to effectively resolve sexual assault allegations. They also have a tangible stake in sweeping allegations under the rug, because most parents rate campus safety as one of their top priorities, specifically the parents of female students.
