Yes, along with their culture of silence, and that the good guys aren’t always good at spotting bad behavior on other men’s parts. Even if they do see it, they can be afraid of speaking up for the same reasons as the affected women. I’m so glad for this wave of allegations. Maybe it will force positive change.
