I look forward to the day when this story becomes canon in the Green Lantern comics.

Micronauts were my favorite toys, growing up. I liked the fact that they were made of metal. Some of them had magnetic parts. You could actually fire off their missiles... until you wore out the launchers. They also had a lego quality to them, in that you could build all kinds of crazy stuff out of the sets. All these…
You can't have Jason Statham playing second fiddle to a bunch of machines. Better to cast him as the lead in a Magnus, Robot Fighter film. Then audiences will get the robot-killing Statham film that the world never knew it wanted.
Very true. It was my understanding, though, that Mr. Bay would be blowing up greener pastures on some other film project. The Bay era was supposed to be receding in the rear view mirror as we moved forward with the franchise.
That's going to be a pretty meager Civil War without Spider-Man, The Fantastic Four, The X-Men, or Daredevil participating. Does Disney even have the rights to the Punisher? Somehow, it seems wrong if they do. Still, if they wanted to have a film where Chris Evans & Robert Downey, Jr. beat the crap out of each other…
Uh... I was given assurances that this sort of thing couldn't happen. I'm going to have conclude my dealings here, & I will be expecting my money back.
Pride & Prejudice & Zombies or The Crow. Which movie is Hollywood trying the hardest not to make?
A parade of zombies.
What kind of asshole kills Superman's dog?
In a nutshell, Cyclops, facing the extinction of his entire species, finds it perfectly acceptable to allow mutant youths to fight on the front lines & even kill when necessary. Wolverine feels it's better if young mutants can maintain their childhoods & innocence for as long as humanly possible, & that the X-Men…
The most ubiquitous complaint I keep hearing about this film, is that, since the ending has already been established, there's no point to telling the story. It all comes down to execution. If it's a good story, & it's told well, then I see no problem with telling it. The ending of World War II is pretty well…
I think another aspect of the Bond series that has allowed it to endure for 49 years, now, is that each film stands on it's own. Until Quantum of Solace, the Bond films were not sequels to one another. You might get the occasional reference to a previous film, but, on the whole, you could watch any Bond film, at any…
Is the Idiot Box available, too?
I always fancied her clay golem origin. Being just one more child among the endless offspring of Zeus takes quite a bit away from her uniqueness as a character.
Looks like it's going to be quite the juggling act to work out how I'm going to watch Boardwalk Empire, Dexter, & now, The Walking Dead, all in the same night.
Well, I think I'm ready to see the prequel now. Bring on those crazy Norwegians... so I can watch them all die!
That parkour kid getting it in Punisher:War Zone still makes me laugh to this day. It's so over the top, & so in keeping with the tone of Ennis' Punisher run. One day, someone will make a great Punisher film, & it will be glorious. Until then, little moments like those keep the dream alive.
Nice to know there were checks & balances in place to keep Roddenberry from becoming another Lucas.
