He’s admitting guilt.

George V (Edward and Albert/George VI’s dad) rather famously said he hoped Edward wouldn’t marry or have children so that “nothing would stand between Bertie and Lillibet and the throne”. It always tickled me that that sort of happened BECAUSE Edward married, not in spite of it.

Male Starks make the worst goddamned decisions in the entire Game of Thrones universe. Every time Jon has an idea Sansa should immediately issue orders that everyone do the exact goddamned opposite as quickly as possible.

Jon just left two children in charge of the first two castles between himself and the white walkers, mmkay Jon that’s a really solid idea.

There’s only one logical person to have as the new Doctor’s companion..

mostly due to Moffat fatigue

I haven’t seen the end of the season, but Bill seems like a good pairing. Alternatively, an Amy Pond/Rory Williams married couple would be ideal, keeping the romance aspect in the show but without involving the Doctor.

Myonly quibble is extremely minor - I want her to have the red hair she had in Broadchurch!

I really think that if it had been another white guy there would have been all out revolt. It had to be a woman or POC and I am here for it.

And still not ginger!!!

Holy Shit, they did it, they really did it!!

Whenever I see people call 1200 sq feet “small” it makes me think how drastically our perceptions have changed in just a few decades. I was raised in a 1400 sq ft house with my two sisters (so five of us total) and it never occurred to me to consider it small.

I found this as well. Smaller homes just haven’t been well kept. If you want something in move-in condition, you’re looking at > 1500 sq ft. I only need a 2-bed, one bath, but ended up with a 4-bed 1950 colonial. But tiny, tiny garage. When I pulled my car in, I thought I was going to lose my sideview mirrors.

I’m sorry that I came off as obnoxious but I will actually tell you how they impact me. First, I am a real estate agent, so I spend a lot of time learning about and thinking about homes, how they are used, what people like vs what they think they like, what they mean to people and the environmental impact of different

True. Better to live where all the infrastructures already exist than go pollute farther off. One of the main turnoffs I have for these tiny homes is that many cities won’t allow them. You might as well rent or own an existing apartment if this is about the planet.

Yes! I posted this above before seeing your comment:

We downsized from a dumb McMansion to a house about 1/2 the size a couple of years ago. At first it was tough getting rid of so much of our stuff. After a while it got easier and almost fun. Since then I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve “needed” any of the stuff we jettisoned.
