what does it matter? i saw a lot of people react the same way to the trailer, i see a lot of people react this way to marvel stuff etc, you just didn’t see kotaku reporting on it. this tone is in nearly every piece of popular media that exists anymore, eventually every popular trend gets turned on.

its incredible, your brain is spinning miles a minute but you aren’t actually going anywhere. yeah, we know all this. she still sounds like a joss whedon character.
i think thats a good point, that around this time the seasons tend to feel like a built in studio breather. it seems like they realize this too, its an intentional thing, so i do just wish they would ask less of players in seasons like that.
its got hostilities for sure, but man once i fell in love with the lore its telling it really is some of the most interesting video game lore out there. i’m embarrassed to say i bought one of those physical hard copy books with all the lore entries in it.
multiversus also has an absurd amount of in game controller customization features, its one of the most robust games i’ve ever played in that department.

most annapurna games have that special “touch”, like you can always kinda expect them to have been designed first and foremost to reach towards some meaningful statement rather than just a fun piece of entertainment.
