The shit I’ve seen people on bicycles do confounds me. They think nothing of riding 2 & 3 abreast blocking the road and impeding the flow of traffic. I have no sympathy when I learn one has been run over.

Actually if you know the rules you can let parking tickets slide to an extent. Ex: Philadelphia boots you on or after your 3rd unpaid. I’m at 2 right now so it’s private lots for me for a while.
