C’mon, guys. You can’t have videos with Note 7's becoming incendiary devices. Samsung already put a copyright on that.

This unequivocally falls under the parody clause for fair use. Maybe Samsung should focus on shipping a product that doesn’t explode instead of pettily shutting down some youtuber.
