what does a games release time have to do with the development time?? Of course they take years to make , but they could have done way way more to have 10 of them going so the launch window lineup isn’t so lame. For a company that relies so heavily on 1st party games there should be a ton of them coming out.

Agreed. The fact that Nintendo doesn’t have a massive line up of first party games for the launch and first couple months is disheartening. There was a day when nintendo was known for its great first party titles but I think that day is over. If Nintendo wants the Switch to succeed there should be a AAA first party…
