I probably have about 4 hours on the game so far and I’ve got the levels beat , one level I have all the coins on and the rest I have zero. So I 71 levels to go collecting coins. I also have a decent amount of time in Toad Rally , I think I’ve done 60 or so of them and will do 100s and 100s more. I will easily get 20…

Except that it’s not that simple of a game , and it’s definitely better designed than anything else I’ve played that’s similar to this. A lot of work went in to this game.

Aside from Androids UI be gross (subjective) and somehow still laggy. And don’t tell me it’s not laggy because a friend has a pixel and when I play with it I can feel the animation lag.

Exactly. A 3D movie where I live is $13.75, takes way less time to watch than I’ll be playing Mario Run for and I don’t get to keep a copy of the movie. If I like the movie and want to own it it’s another $25. $10 for Mario Run seems like a steal to me.

I generally only drink at local breweries where a pint is about 5.50 - 5.75 plus 10% tax so it ends up around 15$ for two. That’s actually about the lowest our provincial government will let them charge.

Could be worse , it could be 14$ like it is in Canada , and I bought 5 of them today which ate in to some extra spending money for sure. Worth it though , I think it’s great and the wife and kids all love it too.

Or maybe the race to the bottom has made everything else good cheaper than it should be (psst that’s actually the case). I’ve been playing Mario Run on and off all day and it’s easily worth the 14$ I paid , I would have felt fine paying 20$ for it.

High price??? It’s 10 USD or 14 CDN, that’s two pints of beer with a small tip.

I bet it sells way way more on iOS. The android market share is bullshit once you factor out the tons of shitty phones that grandmas etc own.

It’s 14$ in Canada and I bought it without hesitation and after my play time don’t regret it one bit.

You can use iTunes gift cards. Unless they’ve changed something a CC has never been mandatory.

I love the various reactions from PS4 owners at work when they ask for it and I inform them it’s XB1 only.
