I can get behind it if something is totally broken and unusable. Having said that , doesn't this kind of open a door where the smallest bug could allow allow someone to say something is defective and they want a refund ?

Maybe I’m missing something but it did 150m at the box office on a budget of 60m or so. I can't see how that's a disaster in any sense of the word.
I think a few of them are a bit a stretch if going by nothing other than the shots chosen but you can definitely see the overall influences.
