Yeah, sometimes a title that is crummy 10 years ago is still crummy now. I love a good success story or something that, upon reevaluation, paved the way for games proceeding it with unique concepts. Unfortunately, this is not one of those times.

Medium is the absolute worst.

I’m old. I mean, this is interesting in a sort of chaotic way, but I’m officially old now.

It’s even funnier when these companies leak details without even knowing. At my old marketing firm, a paper supplier came to my office to show me some new products. One of said examples was the French copy of the Diablo 3 art book; a good 9 months before the game’s release. I didn’t say anything to the company rep,

I guess it just comes down to: who cares? In the long run, who really cares who other people hang out with (that are not in a current, government-leading role)?

As an aside, (Sandy) Alex G’s new album is gorgeous and hopefully this will lead more people to checking his work out.

Williams’ work will be remembered in the art circles (not just animation) for decades to come.

I’m surprised (and thrilled!) to hear Belle & Sebastian were putting in that much of an awesome show on Saturday.

Nope, I 100% understand where you’re coming from and I frequently do the same things to the artists working under me.

No, you’re entirely correct. Just one of those silly things that rubs me the wrong way, but not enough to actually care in the long run.

Agreed on this. As much as I love Gabe’s art (and was taken from the original CCG), it doesn’t fit the general art direction now. It’s especially funny how Kill Command and Leeroy Jenkins both use the super old Gabe art and remain prominent deck tools for the past 5 years.

It’s one of those cases where, with 10+ years in the design/marketing field, I 100% understand why Blizzard would make these changes. However, going back to that experience in the design/marketing field, I’m not a fan of artists needing to alter their work due to outside forces (even if it is just Blizzard’s marketing

So a fantastically-endowed lady is selling a delicious beverage?

So are you saying I can call GameStop to pre-order Battletoads?

Yep, we got our big Buzzard Day every March. I’ve lived here for nearly a decade now and only attended it once by accident when running in the nature reserve. Those birds are terrifyingly huge. Walked outside to see a group of them on my front yard huddled around a deer leg. The sheer logistics of why a single deer

I live in Hinckley, OH which is about an hour commute to Cleveland where I work. For the past few years we have had, at least once a season, some mini tornado-like windstorms. You wake up and need to check the yard for what trees have been toppled over. Hell, once it was so bad every house in my relatively new, 30-home

Counterpoint: I disagree. It’s delightful.

Look: this is weeb overload. Humans can only withstand, at most, 25% JRPG oversaturation. It’s been scientifically proven again and again that anything past that is fatal to the nervous system.

8chan was made because the people who populate it felt 4chan was _too_ moderated.

Go home with your opinions, Devil. We’re having a fun time here.
