In order to not waste that juice/garlicy/oily goodness.. I roast the garlic in a small (like 6 inch) covered cast iron man.. and fill that sucker up.. I also sprinkle a little salt on them.. then when done, char the bulbs a bit for some added flavour and save that garlicky oil “juice” for to season meat.

Great tip on squat form. I am a former nationally-ranked powerlifter and squats are my favorite exercise. I disagree on the depth, though.
