I thought this was a good read because my story is similar. I’ve had lower back and muscle pain for 15 years. MRI scan saw nothing structurally wrong with my spine. I tried a chiropractor for awhile. It wasn’t until I started seeing an at-home masseuse monthly ($60/hour) that my pain became so much more manageable.

I keep the broken graphite shaft of a golf driver in my trunk instead of a baseball bat or crowbar (ya know, protection in case some psycho comes after me in a road rage incident). I figure it isn’t heavy like a bat or crowbar, but is light and long enough to make a quick strike if they come at me.

Don’t know if this has ever been discussed. I use that lip under the baggage compartment (under the 46 & 47) as a finger hold when I get up out of the seat. Plenty of assholes prefer the ‘yanking down on the headrest of the seat in front of them’ method.
